
Talent Attainment Platform In Nations (TAPIN) is a consulting company in international development. The founder’s long-time development experience, both from managing development programs and grant making positions on the one hand, and working with government, non-government and private sector on the other, gave her the opportunity to witness the gaps and missing links that are contributing to failures in several international development programs. The interest to bridge these gaps became a source of motivation for the birth of TAPIN. Dedicated to contributing to the solution, TAPIN decided to focus on four practice areas: agriculture and agri-business; natural resources management and environment; economic growth and market development; and human & social capital development. TAPIN is uniquely characterized by its simple, customizable and inclusive solutions for equitable and sustainable development.
